You will design and analyze gas turbine engine components, collaborating with a diverse team to solve complex engineering challenges. Your work will directly impact customer solutions and help shape future innovations.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in mechanical design of gas-turbine or turbo-machinery components
• BS/MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• Experience with NX and ANSYS (Classic or Workbench) or similar tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with GD&T
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop/modify designs for gas turbine components (structures, rotating parts, airfoils)
• Evaluate producibility, manufacturing methods, materials, and processes
• Assess non-conformances and recommend dispositions and repair procedures
• Capture project requirements and incorporate into engineering solutions
• Analyze components using CAE tools (NX, ANSYS Classic, ANSYS Workbench)
