You'll join Hiive's legal team as a key advisor on regulatory and disputes matters for a high-growth fintech marketplace. Your work will directly shape how we manage litigation and regulatory inquiries, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the business. This role stands out for its breadth—from litigation and employment to IP—in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
• Develop internal litigation management processes and systems
• Advise on employment, intellectual property, and regulatory issues
• Collaborate with outside counsel and control legal costs

📋 Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B. with license to practice in US or Canada
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience
• Proven experience managing litigation and regulatory matters
• Experience advising fintech or financial institutions
