You will design and build agentic systems and automation to support human decision-making, focusing on production-ready capabilities. You'll work hands-on with LLMs, orchestration tools, and workflow engines to create reliable, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for backend services and integrations
• Experience building backend systems with APIs, event-driven systems, and automation frameworks
• Comfortable with orchestration tools like Zapier, n8n, Temporal, or Airflow
• Experience building or supporting AI/LLM-powered systems with reliability focus
• Thoughtful approach to system design and long-term maintainability

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows supporting two-way human-agent-system interaction
• Build workflow logic using Zapier, n8n, APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Integrate agentic workflows into a cohesive entry-point experience
• Establish patterns for reliability, observability, and safe failure
• Work with LLMs and prompts to prioritize correctness, clarity, and accountability
