Description

You will manage Windows and macOS systems, handle hardware and network infrastructure, and track IT issues via Jira Service Desk. This role involves collaborating with a global team to deliver working software every two weeks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certificate.
• 2-4 years of experience as IT or System Administrator.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS environment setup and support.
• Ability to resolve minor hardware issues (e.g., replacing memory and hard drives).
• Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Manage Dell, HP, and Apple laptops, diagnose hardware issues, coordinate with vendors for out-of-warranty repairs.
• Handle physical network wiring, internet monitoring, server room organization, and structured cabling.
• Track and resolve IT issues through Jira Service Desk while maintaining ticket SLAs.
• Maintain documentation of systems, licenses, and configurations.
