You'll support store leadership to deliver an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact is training new recruits and helping the team meet sales targets in a fun, fan-centric environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Open and close the store, processing sales transactions at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map and merchandising mix.
• Support stock room organization and store maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use store equipment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Avenger-like communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
• Knowledge of music and pop culture fandom.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
