🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner.
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license and board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in a qualifying specialty.
• Ability to obtain and maintain privileges at assigned facilities.
• Pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.

• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine.
