You'll build relationships with salon partners and drive adoption of Fresha's platform features. Your core impact is growing partner revenue through consultative sales and product education. This role offers the chance to work in a hyper-growth startup environment with a supportive, inclusive team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on Fresha platform value
- Introduce and onboard clients to FreshaPay
- Help salons optimize profiles and use tools to maximize revenue
- Manage a portfolio of partners through consultative video meetings
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager
- Data analysis skills to improve performance
- Excellent communication in Spanish (ideally also Portuguese, Italian, or Greek)
- Proactive and inquisitive mindset

- Fluency in English and other Southern European languages
- Experience in beauty/wellness industry
