You'll lead end-to-end customer onboarding for a complex SaaS platform, guiding new customers through setup and configuration. You'll act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless adoption and value realization while collaborating with Sales, Success, Support, and Engineering. This fully remote role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
  • Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth transition

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple customers
  • Experience working with clients across different levels including senior decision-makers
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems
