You'll lead end-to-end customer onboarding for a complex SaaS platform, guiding new customers through setup and configuration. You'll act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless adoption and value realization while collaborating with Sales, Success, Support, and Engineering. This fully remote role combines technical understanding with relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
- Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth transition
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer-facing roles
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple customers
- Experience working with clients across different levels including senior decision-makers
- Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
