You'll own front-line support for a cross-chain payments protocol, investigate issues using backend logs and block explorers, and turn recurring tickets into process improvements. You'll help scale support for a rapidly growing integrator base. This role offers ownership of support workflows and direct impact on product improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to customer tickets with clarity and care.
- Triage and debug issues using backend logs and block explorers.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering with sufficient context.
- Turn recurring issues into process improvements and documentation.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer or technical support experience in tech.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer and software tooling fluency, including AI tools.
- Experience triaging competing priorities in real time.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with crypto or blockchain concepts.
- Experience supporting developers or API integrators.
- Prior support experience at an early-stage startup.
