You'll lead a high-performing FP&A team to shape business performance through financial planning and analytical support. You'll provide value-maximizing decision support for assigned departments and drive continuous improvement across processes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop advanced financial models to evaluate business initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights using metrics reporting and KPIs to guide decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure optimal resource allocation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Minimum three years of experience in a relevant analytical/finance role.
• At least two years of analyst experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and SQL.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience developing complex multivariable models from large datasets.
• Airline or related experience in financial planning support.
