You'll own the experimentation roadmap for email marketing, running A/B tests across the email funnel for reverse lookup products. You'll drive pre-purchase conversion and post-purchase retention through structured experiments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the experimentation roadmap for email marketing growth
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, body copy, CTAs, and lifecycle messaging
• Analyze email performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Prioritize experiments across pre-purchase conversion and post-purchase retention

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in email marketing
• 2+ years in growth and A/B test execution
• Strong hands-on experience with experimentation in email or lifecycle marketing
• Fluent English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Mixpanel, Customer.io or similar platforms
• Strong copywriting instincts for subject lines and CTAs
