💼 About This Role

You'll provide transactional and regulatory legal support for international payments and banking products at a fast-growing restaurant technology company. Your work will directly enable the expansion of financial products into new global markets. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fun, collaborative environment that values your insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on multi-national financial laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements and commercial contracts
• Research and respond to legal/regulatory questions across multiple geographies
• Represent Legal on cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge financial products
• Review multi-channel advertising materials for compliance

📋 Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school (or equivalent) and licensed to practice in-house
• 5+ years legal experience advising on international financial products
• Experience with financial services regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia
• Strong knowledge of international financial laws and payment network rules
