You'll manage end-to-end IT recruitment for global clients, acting as a trusted hiring partner. Your core impact is delivering high-quality candidates across multiple technology domains while maintaining SLA compliance. This role stands out for its bilingual requirement (English & Japanese) and international exposure.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for global clients
  • Partner with international stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
  • Conduct structured interviews assessing technical capability and client readiness

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition
  • Strong background in global staffing, RPO, or resource augmentation
  • Proven experience working directly with international clients
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and English

  • Experience with AI, Data, or ERP domains
  • Experience in Japanese-speaking hiring mandates
