You'll manage end-to-end IT recruitment for global clients, acting as a trusted hiring partner. This role stands out for its bilingual requirement (English & Japanese) and international exposure.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment delivery for global clients
- Partner with international stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Conduct structured interviews assessing technical capability and client readiness
๐ Requirements
- 8โ12 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition
- Strong background in global staffing, RPO, or resource augmentation
- Proven experience working directly with international clients
- Business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred) and English

- Experience with AI, Data, or ERP domains
- Experience in Japanese-speaking hiring mandates
