You'll troubleshoot infrastructure and LAN/WAN network issues, ensuring system reliability and consistent delivery against SLAs. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote and onsite IT support for client environments
• Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade hardware, networks, and systems
• Work with clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions
• Act as escalation point and mentor junior team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a Senior Engineer role
• Proven ability to consistently meet SLAs and utilization targets
• Strong experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VRRP)
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
