You'll design and scale data products on Asana's Data Engineering team, enabling data-informed decisions across product and business teams. You'll partner with Infrastructure to build a self-service analytics platform, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows. This role offers a hybrid schedule based in Vancouver with in-office collaboration on core days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and scale end-to-end data products
• Transform raw data into actionable insights for product strategy
• Leverage AI to build self-serve tools and accelerate workflows
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to align on roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Engineering or Software Engineering
• Experience in data modeling and building scalable data pipelines
• Proficiency in Databricks, AWS/S3, Python/Scala/Java, SQL, Spark, Airflow
• Ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks in workflows
