💼 About This Role

You'll develop cell manufacturing processes for iPSC-derived microglia therapies at a biotech targeting aging. Your work will help ramp toward GMP readiness and produce therapies that aim to add 10 years to healthy human lifespan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform mammalian cell culture (iPSCs) using aseptic technique
• Differentiate iPSCs to microglia in a bioreactor
• Formulate media and reagents for process development and manufacturing
• Follow SOPs and work in a GMP facility

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Biology with 5+ years experience or M.S. with 3+ years
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
• Experience with bioreactors and process development
• Willingness to work in structured, SOP-driven environments
