You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote, team-supported outpatient setting. You'll independently manage buprenorphine treatment while empowering patients through harm reduction principles. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) to patients
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment independently
• Document patient encounters in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

📋 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of specified states
• At least 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine
• Experience initiating buprenorphine care, not just continuing prescriptions
• Private workspace with HIPAA-compliant setup
