As an Account Director, you'll drive revenue for an applied AI lab by sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to sell highly technical solutions to businesses with deep software engineering experience. This role offers the chance to help build one of the fastest-growing AI startups.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation
  • Navigate layered customer organizations including C-suite, tech leaders, procurement, and legal
  • Develop strategies for sourcing, demoing, and closing opportunities with enterprise accounts
  • Deeply understand customer technical pain points and qualify best use cases for Devin deployment

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Track record of selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers
  • Technical experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer
  • Thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments with fast growth in scope and responsibility
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn complex technical problems

  • Previously founded a startup
  • Sourced and closed large, complex enterprise software deals
  • Former software engineer or sales engineer transitioning to go-to-market roles
