Own and optimize a strategic partner portfolio within the P&C insurance ecosystem, driving measurable growth and integration expansion. Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership execution with Growth, Product, and Customer Success. Work in a hybrid model with two days per week in the Boston office.
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with P&C insurance ecosystem.
- Experience in partnership management or account management.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy as a senior individual contributor.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort with hybrid work model (2 days/week in Boston office).
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize strategic partner relationships across defined categories.
- Apply deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows to guide partner engagement and integration planning.
- Lead partner acquisition and contracting within standard frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Growth, Product, and Customer Success.
- Strengthen integration collaboration and go-to-market coordination.
