Description

You will develop highly reliable and available software systems for Starlink's low-latency, high-capacity satellite-based global internet service provider network. You'll design and implement fault-tolerant network automation and participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or science discipline, or 2+ years professional software development experience
• Development experience in C, C++, or Python
• Experience in C/C++ for high performance systems preferred
• Networking knowledge of Routing and MPLS Protocols including BGP, ISIS, and Segment Routing preferred
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable and available software systems for satellite-based global internet network
• Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant network operating with minimal maintenance at scale
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Develop prototypes to prove key design concepts and quantify technical constraints
