💼 About This Role

You'll lead the transformation of Jellyfish's platform from traditional SaaS to Native AI SaaS, starting with agentic chat. You'll manage a team of engineers, partner with product managers, and collaborate across infrastructure and research teams to deliver expert insights to engineering leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the engineering team transforming the platform for AI Native age
• Directly manage engineers and matrix-manage across the org
• Contribute through hands-on coding and technical decision-making
• Partner with product managers on strategy and roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and leading teams developing AI features for SaaS platforms
• Experience building product capabilities on top of LLM technologies
• Ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US (no visa sponsorship)
