💼 About This Role

You'll lead program delivery for government digital products, ensuring contractual compliance and profitability across multiple complex, fixed-price projects. Reporting to the founder, you'll manage teams and client relationships within a fast-growing GovTech unit of Theodo Group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define project governance, rituals, and stakeholder responsibilities
• Monitor program delivery and ensure quality and commitment compliance
• Anticipate risks (planning, budget, scope, resources) and implement mitigation plans
• Track and optimize project budget to guarantee target profitability
• Manage team staffing, ramp-up/ramp-down, and mentor Lead Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience as Program Director, Delivery Manager, or Engagement Manager
• Strong background in ESN/consulting firms (Accenture, Capgemini, OCTO, Sopra Steria, etc.)
• Experience managing complex fixed-price projects with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience in the public sector
