💼 About This Role

You'll lead the maintenance department at IRCA's Union City facility, overseeing repair and installation of equipment for semi-finished ingredients production. Your core impact is eliminating emergency repairs by implementing planned maintenance and Lean initiatives. You'll manage a team, contractors, and buildings to ensure food safety and optimal equipment performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance initiatives aligned with department vision and roadmap
• Schedule and prioritize repairs to eliminate emergency work
• Manage buildings and grounds for safety and food-safe performance
• Coordinate shift exchange meetings and contractor safety packages

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or food processing engineering
• Lean manufacturing experience with documented achievements
• Root cause analysis and permanent problem resolution track record
• TPM or Lean implementation leadership experience (RCA, OEE, 5S, Kaizen)
