🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead construction and facilities-related projects and upgrades
• Coordinate repair and maintenance for HVAC, electrical, cranes, and facility systems
• Write and manage scope across multiple construction disciplines
• Plan and execute events for VIPs, vendors, and internal staff

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience in managing facilities vendors or contract management
• 3+ years experience in facilities vendor management, contract management, or logistics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with managing commercial, office, or industrial facilities
• Familiarity with space planning procedures and operations
• Ability to create and update RFPOs and work orders in ERP software
