You'll provide social and recreational support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. You'll help them build relationships and experiences, fostering inclusion and independence. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and friendship to consumers.
• Assist with daily living skills training and support.
• Transport consumers using public transit or own car.
• Ensure consumer safety and report concerns timely.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment.
• Valid California driver's license, clear driving record, and auto insurance.
• Completion and clearance of DOJ fingerprint background check.
