You'll join a fast-growing AI scale-up selling enterprise automation to Fortune 500 clients. You'll own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing six-figure deals. This role offers uncapped commission and real equity in an employee-owned company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory/account plans targeting enterprise accounts
- Run insight-led sales cycles with CFO/CIO/Shared Services leadership
- Quantify value and build business cases tied to executive priorities
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success for deal orchestration
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven insight-led selling track record (challenger/quantitative value selling)
- Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders (CFO/CIO)
- Ability to manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
โจ Nice to Have
- ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud)
- Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/IDP)
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
