  • Define and execute an AI-first SDR strategy
  • Own enterprise pipeline generation for Global and Enterprise segments
  • Lead, coach, and develop a frontline manager and team of ~15 SDRs
  • Optimize key metrics: pipeline generated, conversion rates, velocity

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in Sales Development / Pipeline Generation in high-growth SaaS
  • 3+ years leading SDR teams, including managing managers
  • Proven track record generating Enterprise and Global pipeline with large ACV
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience creating/updating SDR attribution models
  • Experience in AI, data, or modern sales technology environments
