You'll lead an AI-powered SDR strategy for a high-growth SaaS platform that powers revenue teams. Your core impact will be owning enterprise pipeline generation and building a culture of experimentation. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute an AI-first SDR strategy
- Own enterprise pipeline generation for Global and Enterprise segments
- Lead, coach, and develop a frontline manager and team of ~15 SDRs
- Optimize key metrics: pipeline generated, conversion rates, velocity
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Sales Development / Pipeline Generation in high-growth SaaS
- 3+ years leading SDR teams, including managing managers
- Proven track record generating Enterprise and Global pipeline with large ACV
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience creating/updating SDR attribution models
- Experience in AI, data, or modern sales technology environments
