💼 About This Role

You'll lead Gong's global equity programs through a critical growth phase, including IPO readiness and execution. Your core impact will be ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence across all employee equity plans. This role offers the chance to shape equity strategies aligned with public company standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage stock options, RSUs, and equity-based compensation programs
• Drive IPO readiness for equity processes and S-1 preparation
• Partner with Technical Accounting for accurate equity accounting
• Oversee cap table management and equity transactions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in equity administration with leadership
• Proven IPO readiness or public company equity administration experience
• Deep knowledge of ASC 718 and SEC reporting
• Hands-on experience with equity platforms like Carta or Shareworks

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CEP certification
• Experience with Israeli equity awards and Section 102
• Experience in high-growth pre-IPO companies
