Description

You will provide legal counsel for Peloton's mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, and partnerships. This includes leading due diligence, deal structuring, and drafting transaction documents, as well as managing post-closing integration and subsidiary governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in M&A and strategic transactions at nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house
• Deep expertise in domestic and cross-border M&A, partnerships, and strategic transactions
• Proven track record with post-closing integration of acquired businesses
• Strong industry knowledge of technology companies and subscription-based business models
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate legal jargon for business partners

Responsibilities

• Lead legal counsel on domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document negotiation
• Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Development and other teams to coordinate multi-functional deal approach
• Represent Legal Department on post-closing integration matters
• Develop standardized processes and templates for M&A efficiency
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including letters of intent, term sheets, purchase agreements, and ancillary agreements
