As a player-coach, you'll drive complex enterprise deals and remain deeply involved in customer conversations, while coaching the team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of solutions engineers.
• Participate in strategic customer engagements, demos, and proof of concepts.
• Partner with sales leadership to drive complex enterprise deals.
• Act as a trusted advisor on fraud prevention and digital trust workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring solutions engineers in high-growth environment.
• Technical fluency in fraud prevention, identity verification, or fintech infrastructure.
• Proven enterprise sales motion with executive stakeholders.
