๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the first customer success team member, onboarding new accounts and helping them get the most out of our platform. You'll build playbooks, track product usage, and surface success stories while collaborating directly with founders to shape the customer success program.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding sessions for new accounts
- Build playbooks, short videos, and help-center resources
- Track product usage and engage under-utilizing accounts
- Hold monthly/quarterly business reviews
๐ Requirements
- Experience in customer success in B2B SaaS
- Builder mindset comfortable with imperfect processes
- Proven ability to drive retention and adoption
- Experience leading executive-level conversations and QBRs

- Experience or interest in the construction industry
- Experience using and/or implementing CRMs
