๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support customers in adopting Maze and building research confidence
- Own post-sale relationship and renewal strategy for mid-upper commercial book
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with AMs/AEs
- Lead Executive Business Reviews showcasing value and impact
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
- Strong history of owning renewals and driving retention outcomes
