Your core impact is driving adoption, strengthening research workflows, and owning renewal success for your book. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Support customers in adopting Maze and building research confidence
  • Own post-sale relationship and renewal strategy for mid-upper commercial book
  • Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with AMs/AEs
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews showcasing value and impact

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Strong history of owning renewals and driving retention outcomes
