💼 About This Role

You'll join the Core Team to build critical systems like the Transaction Ledger and Payment Orchestration. You'll ensure high performance and scalability while providing foundational infrastructure for IAM and risk services. This role offers technical leadership across teams and ownership of complex financial systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer core platform domains like Transaction Ledger and IAM
• Scale risk and financial engines for bank integrations and fraud detection
• Drive cross-team technical analysis and produce high-quality documentation
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster engineering excellence

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of back-end software engineering experience
• Java and Spring Boot expertise
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and external dependencies
• Experience with microservices and cloud environments (AWS preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• AWS experience (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Kinesis)
• FinTech domain knowledge
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
