You'll lead the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, ensuring flawless launches and measurable business impact. You'll build credible relationships with executive sponsors and navigate data-driven program details. This role offers a chance to drive strategic expansion in a high-growth EdTech unicorn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer journey for Enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with HR, executive sponsors, and business leaders
- Translate learning outcomes into business impact narratives
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Mutual Action Plans
- Identify expansion and upsell triggers proactively
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Proven history of managing high-stakes Enterprise B2B relationships
- Data fluency to interpret datasets and correlate with client KPIs
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) as source of truth
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience building 'ready-to-close' expansion cases
- Background in learning or EdTech industry
- Familiarity with Net Revenue Retention (NRR) mechanics
