🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage land acquisition campaigns from due diligence to closing.
• Lead negotiations for leases, purchases, easements, and surface waivers.
• Manage and enable performance of third-party land agents and brokers.
• Maintain site control trackers and provide regular reporting.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, or related field.
• 5+ years real estate development or acquisition experience.
• 2+ years closing transactions in the renewable energy industry.
• Skilled in GIS applications, Google Earth, and Google Suite.
