You'll identify and qualify real estate investors for a venture-backed FinTech modernizing real estate lending. Your prospecting builds the pipeline that powers our growth, with a clear path to Account Executive for top performers. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against lending criteria
  • Hand off warm opportunities to Account Executives with context
  • Build and manage pipeline with disciplined CRM tracking

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Notion
  • Confident and clear communication skills on phone, in writing, and in person
  • Strong qualifying instincts to distinguish live leads from time wasters
  • Based in Austin, TX (Hybrid: West Austin)
