You'll prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) for a national accounting firm. You will ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate with auditors. This interim role offers a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
• Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
• Support technical accounting research and implementation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
