💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in West Baltimore County. You'll perform clinical assessments, medication administration, and wound care while coordinating care with physicians. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and the support of a leading home health agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in assigned territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to management

📋 Requirements

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
