You'll provide home health visits in the Tri Cities area of Tucson, delivering 1:1 care with flexible scheduling. Your core impact is improving patient outcomes through compassionate, skilled nursing. This role offers great work/life balance and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to manager
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in AZ
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
