💼 About This Role

You'll build the operational infrastructure, impact measurement, and community lifecycle strategy for Unity's Skills Development Programs. You'll create tracking systems, reporting frameworks, and community engagement initiatives that keep learners connected long after program completion. This role offers the chance to build systems from scratch in a new initiative with cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage operational infrastructure for Skills Development Programs.
• Define, track, and report program impact via dashboards and frameworks.
• Establish and manage learner ecosystem including alumni communities and mentorship.
• Implement CRM and automation systems to manage lifecycle data.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in program management for education, talent development, or ecosystem initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data skills with ability to define KPIs and create reports.
• Experience in community building or engagement programs that sustain participant connection.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Training teams.
