💼 About This Role

You'll provide clinical rehab and case management services as a Master Level licensed-track clinician in a community health setting. You'll conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. You'll also coordinate services with schools, county departments, and community agencies, ensuring continuity of care for diverse clients.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Bilingual in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

• Experience in API communities.
• Knowledge of CA Medi-Cal documentation standards.
