💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial success and shape launch strategies for innovative SMA therapies. You'll build deep relationships with KOLs and stakeholders across the rare disease ecosystem. This role combines field engagement with strategic account management to ensure patient access.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Execute territory sales plans to achieve commercial goals in SMA.
  • Develop and expand relationships with neuromuscular KOLs and hospitals.
  • Deliver compliant product presentations tailored to HCP needs.
  • Manage complex sales cycles in academic and hospital environments.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or Business.
  • 7+ years of commercial experience in biotech/pharma field sales.
  • Proven track record in rare disease, neurology, or SMA/specialty care.
  • Experience with KOLs, hospital structures, and patient pathways in Germany.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in German rare disease/SMA ecosystem development.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and market access activities.
