💼 About This Role
You'll own growth marketing for Xsolla Ads' B2C loyalty app and B2B growth initiatives, driving user acquisition and campaign strategy. You'll scale performance across channels and build new growth engines. This role offers the chance to shape growth at the intersection of B2C and B2B in the gaming ecosystem.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and scale performance acquisition across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Reddit, ad networks, and programmatic.
- Build and activate alternative growth engines like influencer partnerships, app store search ads, and referral loops.
- Develop an always-on campaign strategy with a primary focus on Android.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels in real time.
📋 Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in growth marketing or paid UA for consumer apps.
- Deep experience with Google UAC and the Android ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of mobile attribution tools like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action plans.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with both non-gaming consumer apps and mobile games.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms and programmatic landscape.
- Background in B2B growth marketing or GTM strategy.
