Description
As the first marketing hire in Hong Kong, you will establish Carta's brand locally, translating global strategy into relevant local campaigns. You'll own end-to-end integrated marketing programs, localize across channels, and partner with sales to drive pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, or startup/VC/PE ecosystem
- Proven full-stack marketer across brand, content, digital, events, and demand gen
- Experience launching a brand in a new or early-stage market (0→1)
- Strong instincts for localization and cultural nuance in Hong Kong
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Build Carta's local marketing presence in Hong Kong
- Localize integrated campaigns across content, digital, event, PR and community
- Plan and execute end-to-end integrated marketing programs
- Serve as the voice of the market within the regional marketing team
- Manage regional budget and track performance metrics
