Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI solutions, guiding a team of engineers and data scientists to solve complex business problems using cutting-edge LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with significant hands-on GenAI/LLM work.
• Hands-on with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI).
• Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama 2, Claude 2, Grok) and agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, Faiss) and MLops tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of GenAI solutions.
• Architect, train, and fine-tune LLMs and generative AI models.
• Optimize pipelines for prompt engineering, RAG, and domain-specific fine-tuning.
• Develop and deploy GenAI models using Python on Azure or AWS, or .NET on Azure.
• Integrate GenAI solutions into enterprise applications and manage MLops.
