• Coordinate daily team activities and assign tasks

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of related property management experience
• Real Estate License where required by local regulation
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Advanced financial knowledge including budget preparation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial office, retail, or industrial properties
• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy
• Knowledge of Yardi or MRI
