🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creative direction for graphic design team across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on campaign visuals.
• Champion motion design and scale dynamic visual communications.
• Mentor and develop graphic and motion designers in the team.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of graphic design experience.
• At least 3 years in a leading/management role.
• Strong portfolio showing campaign and digital impact.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
