  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Specialists
  • Drive Salesforce data integrity and forecasting discipline
  • Own renewal forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Support complex and high-risk renewal negotiations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8+ years in Renewals, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations
  • 1โ€“3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
  • Strong experience in technology including SaaS or subscription models
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency and pipeline management

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with OEM maintenance or software models
