- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Specialists
- Drive Salesforce data integrity and forecasting discipline
- Own renewal forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
- Support complex and high-risk renewal negotiations
๐ Requirements
- 5โ8+ years in Renewals, Sales Operations, or Customer Operations
- 1โ3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Strong experience in technology including SaaS or subscription models
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency and pipeline management

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with OEM maintenance or software models
