🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver telehealth care for prevention and chronic disease management
• Lead mentor and supervise physicians and nurse practitioners
• Develop clinical policies and quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as Medical Director for CMS innovation model

📋 Requirements

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Lifestyle Medicine
• Active unrestricted medical licenses in CA, TX, PA
• Active individual Medicare enrollment in good standing
• 5+ years clinical experience with 2+ in leadership or supervisory capacity

✨ Nice to Have

• Multistate license preferred
• 2+ years telehealth experience with EMRs
• Familiarity with MSK conditions and outcome measurements
