💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Your work enables clients to remain at home while receiving rehabilitative care. This role offers flexible part-time or per diem scheduling in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in New Jersey.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent educational/work experience.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
